Michaels Energy is seeking a program management professional with a desire to deliver utility energy efficiency and demand response programs to commercial and industrial customers in Minnesota. The Programs Product Manager oversees all aspects of program delivery for their assigned clients including setting vision, strategy, budgets, goals, timelines, processes, and marketing strategy. This position must coordinate the talent and resources of multiple departments to ensure program delivery goals are met.
